Products that are eligible for return can be exchanged for a new piece of the same product or a new product of the same value or lesser. We do not have a store credit option however we can offer coupon codes that can be redeemed within a stipulated time period. To ensure a closed loop circular system, we have put in place a take back programme that helps you return used pieces purchased from our website. By returning your used pieces we can together cut down on carbon emissions, resources and a whole lot of waste that could otherwise head straight to the landfills.

On returning your used SANAH SHARMA products, you receive a discount coupon that can be redeemed for your next purchase. There are three levels that you can choose to unlock to claim rewards - Eco Starter, Change Maker and Sustainability Champion.
Eco starter - Garments used for a period of 3 months from purchase can be returned to us for a discount coupon of 15% site wide.

Change Maker - Garments used for a period of 6 months from purchase can be returned to us for a discount coupon of 25% site wide.
​
Sustainability Champion - Garments used for a period of 12 months or more from purchase can be returned to us for a discount coupon of 40% site wide.
